The panel ratings for SXSW07 just came out today. I'm glad to see that my talk on the commercialization of wikis scored so highly (4.42 out of 5). I'm already planning to pull together a panel for next year -- we'll see how that works out.
You can get the slides for my talk this year at Talks/SXSW07 and on slideshare.net.

Creacamp
So, I just found out about Creacamp, a meeting for female DIY "creators" d'ici ("from here", but... a loaded word in Quebec). It's happening Saturday, 5 May at noon at the Meïdia world headquarters, 2025 rue Parthenais, #304.
I'm going to go, but it's interesting -- sounds like there's a real crossover with BarCampMontreal, with the exception that the presenters will be exclusively female. Local BarCamp organizers are trying to attract more women, so Creacamp makes me feel like we've failed in some way. But I take this kind of thing way too negatively; I'm sure it will work out to be a positive thing.
Maybe there's something too phallic about the "bar" in "BarCamp". I dunno.
I'm at Laïka today working with Niko, so when I heard about Creacamp I went across the café and asked Hugh McGuire about it. He'd heard about it just seconds before, in a blog comment. Weird, wired world.
Hugh has a blog post about BarCampMontreal and women, by the way.
