I mentioned OpenSearch a few days ago. I've been working on getting it implemented for Wikitravel, based on the great extension written by Gregory Szorc. Well, just as I get it finished and submitted to A9, they've redesigned their site, and now the Wikitravel search option is much harder to find. It does work, though.
Another thing I found interesting was experimenting with the OpenSearch support in Firefox 2.0rc1. I was getting weird errors with it, but thanks to a helping hand from folks in #addons, I got the scoop. Hopefully Wikitravel will be OpenSearch-enabled sometime today.
Interestingly, in the A9 redesign, they moved http://opensearch.a9.com/, with the OpenSearch plugin enabled!
