Marc is an IT consultant and political activist living in Montreal. On the Internet, he's best known as the project leader for TikiWiki; in Quebec he may be better known as a party official for the ADQ.
I really enjoy hanging out with Marc. I can see why he's been the leader of such a successful Open Source project; he's warm, friendly, thoughtful, and fun.
